Manage Your Service Area

Utility members are responsible for maintaining accurate service area mapping to ensure proper notification of locate requests.

Easily Update Maps Using the Mapping Editor. After being given permission, you may log into Geocall to make changes.

The changes made will then go through an approval process before going live.

If you are left off locate requests in areas where you have underground facilities, or you receive locate requests where you no longer have facilities, then you need to update your notification area.
